Hearts2Hearts (H2H) is an eight-member South Korean girl group formed and managed by SM Entertainment. The group made its official debut on February 24, 2025, with the release of their first single album, The Chase.

Fandom Name: S2U (하츄), which symbolizes that fans will always remain at the center of the group’s universe.
