This appears to be also based upon the ravaged Bride of Chucky version of Chucky. Voodoo magic removed his essence from his dying human body and turned him into a living Good Guy doll. However, displaying great determination, he refused to allow his serial killer career to be hampered by his transformation. His efforts to restore himself to humanity, however, have ultimately proved fruitless.

For his fourth movie, he was resurrected by his girlfriend Tiffany, who eventually became a doll herself. Chucky embarked on a quest to find the amulet he carried on his person at the time of the shoot-out that forced him to escape into a doll. To accomplish this, Chucky and Tiffany were forced into a murderous road trip, bound for the graveyard that housed the remains of Charles Lee Ray.

So, you can think of this movie-accurate Chucky Bobbing Head Bank as your contribution to the Chucky find. Every time you drop in a quarter, you’re putting Chucky that much closer to his goal.
